We, the owners, live on site in the adjacent farmhouse. If you have any

questions during your stay we will be happy to help.

Where can I park?

There is designated parking for two vehicles for each cottage.

Are toiletries, linen and towels included?

Yes, high-quality toiletries and linen are included. Guests are provided with a fresh set of towels. Pool towels are also included.

Can I bring my pet?

As this is a working farm we regret we are not able to accept dogs or other pets.

​

Does the cottage have wi-fi?

Yes, there is wireless broadband in both cottages but provision is subject to network availability and cannot be guaranteed. The Wi-Fi may not extend to all rooms in the cottages.

What can I do if it’s raining?

There is a spacious games room with a wide selection of puzzles, games and DVD’s. The room has underfloor heating, a games console and large screen smart TV.

Do you provide baby or child friendly equipment?

A travel cot and high chair is available on request.

Where are the nearest shops and petrol station?

There are several shops including a co-op supermarket 10 minutes drive away in Cleobury Mortimer. The co-op also has a petrol station/car charging points and there are a number of pubs and restaurants in the town.

Can we smoke or vape in the property?

Both cottages are non-smoking and vaping.

When is the swimming pool open?

The pool is usually open from mid May to mid September. The pool is shared by both cottages and use of the pool is unsupervised. Children must be looked after by their parents at all times whilst using the pool. Whilst every care has been taken to make the swimming pool areas as safe as possible, all facilities are used at your own risk.

What time do I arrive and depart?

Arrival time is from 4pm. Departure is by 11am.
